When you call 800-434-7495, an admissions specialist will help answer any questions you have and schedule you for an initial evaluation. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable with the process and get you engaged in treatment as quickly as possible.
During your follow-up assessment, the licensed counselor will help you decide whether residential or outpatient treatment is needed and what programs will best meet your needs. With your permission and signed consent, they might contact other medical and mental health professionals you've worked with to understand the scope of your needs. As part of your assessment, your insurance coverage will be reviewed. The Addiction Alliance of Georgia is an in-network provider with most insurance companies and we will work to obtain prior authorization for services, if needed.
